Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of the product, no returns or refunds are allowed, except for defects in workmanship or materials. The Buyer must report any defects within __1_ days of receiving the wig for a potential replacement or repair.

If the Seller accepts a return under special circumstances, a restocking fee will be charged as follows:

• 60% restocking fee for wigs priced under $500.

• 80% restocking fee for wigs priced over $500.

The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

• There is a 2-5 business day shipping time frame on all items.

• Custom wig orders take between 2-10 business days to complete, which can vary depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended up to 15 business days.

• TheWigFactory is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurement size. Please refer to measuring instructions under the Wig collection tap.

• Before purchasing ANYTHING, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED.
